prices are cheap players are freandly no real challenge but good for practice or begginers local yobs ride motorbikes on otherside of the drain running down the side of the 14 but other than that you get what you pay for it is a council course afterall

Played here following the July floods of 2006, the course has only recently reopened so there were many patches of fairway where the floods had killed off the grass. Luckily I avoided them all so it didn't affect play at all.
I enjoyed the round although the course is very much a council affair - the tee markers are made of sports cones and the pins from plumbing pipe.

pretty good course for a council course. Bit boring though, and not that challenging, but good for begginners.

Good condition apart from the pitchmarks in the greens, not very quiet due to the gangs who ride motorbikes up and down the nearby track. Otherwise good course, friendly workers easy to lower handicap. Not bad for a council course.

A fantastic course well looked after the staff are very friendly only problem is some slow play.for a council course not bad at all.

Sutton is a great course - and good value. Bear in mind this is a council course! Saying that is is well maintained and has many varied holes. Plus you can get a craking bacon banjo on the 6th tee!

NOT A NICE PLACE AT ALL. might aswell stay at home and play in the back garden no proffesional. there but there is a driving range very close with indoor teaching facilities and a 18 hole pitch and putt .better then sutton golf course
