This is a very neat and tidy course which has been molded into a resort and hotel. The course is well kept and the challenge is wildly increased with the introduction of water hazards on many of the holes. This course is by no means a resort course with gaping wide fairways and giant greens, it is more than that. I would say though that with the other famous courses like Royal Portrush and Castlerock around, links golf is more attractive for most. But if you would rather have a comfortable day at a lovely course, relaxing in a buggy, then this is definetly a course for you.
