2 reviews of Oakridge Golf Club

Not the best course I have played, but reasonable for any society day as its ease allows for fairly quick play. Provided very little challenge to any tiger, but could for the rabbits.
Clubhouse was in good order as was the pro shop with good staff in both.

well what can i say about this course.
over all oak ridge has the makings of a real top course when it matures, when my farther and i played , the fairways and greens on the oppersite side of the railway track from the club house looked to be very new and a bit rough round the edges.
the holes on the club house side where in a very good shape. some well designed holes with water hazards and good fair bunkering. there is a drivable par 4 but some monster up hill holes that are real killers.

i liked the 1st,16th and 17th holes the best but there a no real mind blowing ones.
the club house was shut when we went or it seemed to be. pro shop felt a bit clicky , almost like you wasnt wanted there.( an off day maybe ? ).
overall a great course in the making just needs to be tweeked and assigned a new attitude.
