I had the pleasure of playing Knutsford on a very mild evening in May. And I assure you it was a pleasure. The course is not entirely challenging but the holes were varied and interesting. It was it great condition. The greens were fairly slow but incredibly true. Any three putts were entirely my fault!
The reception we received by the staff at Knutsford was humourous and good natured. There were no silver sleeved, brain dead teenagers behind the bar, which I'm afraid I'm encountering all too often these days.
All in all Knutsford is a great course albeit only nine holes. However, I think to make it eighteen might take away its charm.
