Played here couple of times and noticed the new holes are coming on well. You can tell the difference between the style of the new holes to the old. Course undulating in places, holes in the main interesting and greens in very good condition. Only downside, bit muddy and drainage not great in places, but mainly green to tee. Had a very nice snack lunch in the very well appointed clubhouse. Only off course critisism, I know being a smoker makes you a non-person these days, but being sent to a small hut and not even being allowed to smoke on the expansive open air balcony is a bit rich!

Great little course some interesting holes and a couple of forgetable holes, very good condition was actually closed when we got there but re-opened and recovered amazingly especially the greens. Well worth a visit, i have played a lot worse and paid a lot more.

I had the pleasure of plying the course on 07/09/2003. Despite the dry summer greens were in great condition - fast and receptive. The layout is short and gentle and not very demanding but when the new holes matures it will be quite different.

I have played this course over 20 times.I find it a very challenging round. The rough is very thick in places, and has caught me out many times! When the new part of the course matures,I think it will be one of the hardest courses in the area. I would say that a few more bunkers may be in order!

I was lucky enough to play in the charity classic this year at Haverhill, what a nice course. Beautifully presented, testing, well designed holes, a great challenge, but a course on which you can score well. However, you must keep it on the fairways, the rough is US Open style, only 3 inches deep but go in it and you pay the penalty. I thouroughly recommend it to anyone of all standards.
