1 review of Gosforth Golf Club

Played here late March 2010 whilst on business in the area.
Good Points: Very friendly and helpful pro. Took the time to explain the course and made me feel most welcome.
He also readily pointed out that the course was using 12 temporary greens.
An easy walk with few severe undulations and some parts of the course are picturesque.
Not So Good Points: Course lacks variety and some parts are surrounded by rather unpleasant looking roads/housing although when the trees are in full bloom I'd expect those to be hidden.
Bit flat and uninteresting and the par 4's are much of a muchness.
Worth a visit but I've played better in this part of the world.
