Golf de Roquebrune

Golf de Roquebrune, Roquebrune, France, 83520

1 review of Golf de Roquebrune

You can't beat the views for a start, set on a hillside over-looking the Cote D'Azur, Roquebrune is a visually stunning course. It is a great challenge for any golfer, requiring more thought than power on 15 holes. Being on a hill side you need to hit the fairways or stand the chance of losing a few balls. No two holes are the same and all provide a challenge, look out in particular for the 3rd, 5th, 11th and 16th as potential card wreckers!! The greens are soft but quick, they do have a few problems with the wild boars digging up the fairways now and again but generally the course in in excellent condition. It also has good practice facilities and a well appointed club house. To sum up, a great challenge that requires some imagination, you'll do very well to play to your handicap here but will have no chance if you are not straight off the tee!!
