The course re opened in May 08 with only a couple of holes remaining the same from the 'old course'.The course was used as a landfill site in the past couple years the condition is patchy at best, the tipper trucks do make an interesting hazzard on the 3rd! At present the condition is not great with barren patches on fairways and greens that require attention. It remains a short but quite challenging course and if it is well looked after it could become a fun challenge for all handicaps in the years to come. At present even at only £9 for a weekday round it is too steep in its current condition but can give you a enjoyable and quiet round. They do need to sort the maintenance out and maybe a few distance markers wouldn't go amiss.

I play this course on a regular basis and it is true that it gets boggy during rainy seasons. It is playing very well at the moment and at £7.00 (weekdays) or £7.50 (weekends) represents unrivable value for money. I have played courses that charge much more and quite frankly they aint much better.

Played this course a couple of days ago and the fairways were excellent, has some challenging long fairways and banks.

Good challanging course. Is very boggy around the winter months. Needs more protection as flags have been taken and kids play 'nick n run' and run off with gof balls after shots on 7th hole.

I have played the course many times, i think it is a good course, with some challenging sloped fairways, especially on the 6th. There is one big lake which you have to play over a few times. It is outstanding value for money.

The course is quite good, but can be a bit boggy for a day or so after it has rained.
