pro helpful.course well priced and members helpful and corteous.course set in a nice area with great views of lough and cavehill.greens well maintained.on negative side it is extremely wet in places and you need to have one leg longer than the other to play as it is extremely hilly! no signage on antrim rd or m2 for golf course which is a common trait for irish courses.also inadequate signage on course and left confused by criss crossing holes etc.no outstanding holes.locker room and shower area very nicegood course to play all year round.liable to be open in inclement weather when all other courses closed.good greens.great welcome.some holes e.g. one with a hedge in front of green and a par three with a tree in front of the green give the course its 'uniqueness.recommend it
Fortwilliam is an excellent 18 Hole Golf Course on the edge of North Belfast. The club is located in Downview Avenue, off the Antrim Road. It is a good maintained course. Thanks to the Course's location, you get amazing views of Cave Hill and Belfast Lough and other areas while playing. There is also a Club Shop and a bar. A very good course to play Golf on.
