Overall very good course. Shop welcome very friendly and helpful. Course very nice with great greens. Definitely two different nine holes. The front nine over 1000 yards longer but more accuracy required on the back nine. Couple of small moans. None of the proper tees in use even though sunny day and late August. Strange. Second moan, needs either a course map or better direction between some holes. Overall though, very good especially for £13.00. Will def return and soon.
Haven't played at this course for many years, but it has been vastly improved in terms of its overall condition. The tree planting and grasses have become well established, presenting an attractive and challenging course. The club is as friendly as you will find with good facilities.
The course presents two different sets of nine holes. The front nine being a more conventional challenge with longer holes, water hazards and wide undulating greens. The back nine is altoghether tighter, requiring greater accuracy from tee to green. Overall, a playable course suitable for all types of golfer with enough challenges for the low handicap player. I recommend it.
