Lovely course, wth lots of variety. In very good condition.Sometimes the rough seems very tough, but depends on time of year.
Nice friendly staff, and lovely feel about the place. One of our favourites.
Stunning golf course; best in South Bucks most definitely!
There is lots of history at Burnham (ever since it opened in 1891) the likes of Seve Ballesteros and Bernard Langer have stepped onto its meandering fairways before. In my opinion, the six substantial par 4's; 2,5,8,12,14,18 (all well over 400 yards) makes Burnham superior to any other club in South Bucks. Very much a members club so visitor green fees are slightly limited.
The golf club is twinned with Burnham Beeches Hotel, which is situated half a mile away.
Played here midweek, October 2008.
My favourite course in South Bucks.Everything you'd want in a parkland course.
Very tranquil, great mix of holes (everything seems to come along in the right order) ,very pleasant visually ,tree lined surroundings, well conditioned ,nice clubhouse & surrounds ,some undulations but it's not taxing ,five par 3's & three par 5's with a gentle opener & a nice par 5 ,3 ,4 finish.

Played burnham on a wet day in late may. Stunning course carved through some wonderful trees. The greens were great in fact 10 out of 10 for this course.Well worth a visit.Good value for your green fee.

stunning greens played perfectly even during the monsoon on our society day.lovely course with more room than expected. starter and other staff a1 in all a good place to visit
An old established course with 18 great holes. Although only 6449 yards (white tes) and a par of 70 the S.S.S. is 71 which reflects the challenge of the course. There is a good mix of testing par 3's and seemingly straight forward par 4's but you need to make sure your shots are well placed to avoid either the fairway hazards or being blocked out for your approach shots. A great hole to finish with a view reminiscent of Royal Lytham & St. Annes. Friendly staff in the clubhouse. A word of warning - I thought the course planner for the 14th had the green further right than it seemed when I played it - or perhaps the trees have just grown that bit bigger!
Well worth playing.
