Bearwood Golf Club

I would just like to say what a wonderful place Bearwood Golf club is. I played with a friend of mine during July and was very impressed. First off wanting to warm up I was directed to the superb practice range by the excellent professional. The members were very friendly and made me feel welcome. The short but challenging course was a delight to play. The greens were very good, seen as they are on a clay base and are not easy to maintain to a good standard. Afterwhich a pint in the bar afterwards felt like I was drinking with friends. The manager should be commended for the modest but quality operation that he is running. The staff were that good, they could easily run a club like Wentworth.
