A delightful course played on a delightfully sunny day - early May 2011. Ten holes that are not too long, but are extremely intriguing - what with dodging the sheep and their droppings and the various rocky outcrops that litter this short course. The first is the most difficult start you will ever encounter - over two hundred yards straight up a steep incline - because you are just not ready for it! Three par 3s are almost out of range with a driver - even wind behind! Greens had been spiked so I missed out on a few putts that ought to have gone in or nearer (but we all say that!). But struck a beauty on the 18th (160 yds but over 160 feet down!) and finished with a stylish par! Great value for £10 and the views really fantastic. Clubhouse unmanned so cannot comment but welcomed by lady member who was passing by!

Played this fantastic intriguing golf course in September 2009 and was really really impressed.
Absolutely love the scenery, the uniqueness of each hole (no two holes look or feel the same, no linear up and back, up and back here.
Over 1/2 the holes have blind tee shots, greens are small but very well kept, and three par threes need a driver to reach. But don't let that put you off, its a blast from start to finish and almost like a course that was designed for the play station!.
Nice cut fairways sit between rock outcrops and the forth hole is fantastic.
Views from the course are wonderfull and the whole experience was very very enjoyable indeed.
The 18th is also the most 'fun' hole I have played in a long time, 150 yds long but 150 feet down.
If you are in the area, go play it and have fun, and all for £10!

Intended playing 27 holes of what we beleved was a "smashing" little course. After negotiating the mountain to the first green we decied 18 holes was gong to be quite sufficient.
Length is no advantacge here, you need to be straight off the tee and accuracy is paramount on the greens. You need to play Nearest the pin on the last as you will never ever get the right club, its all about LUCK!
The views from the 6th tee of my dad's caravan are absolutely stunning and I would recommend anyone going on a golf camp to play this terrific course.

What must be an almost unique combination of extremely difficult par 3s (except
for the final hole) and reasonably easy par 4s. The first hole (par 3, 230+ yards,
small blind green) is the most difficult hole to par that I've encountered in my
20 years of playing golf! The course gets easier after that.
The views from the course (Lake Tegid and the surrounding mountains) are absolutely stunning. Well worth a visit.
