I played Kingsbarns on a glorious day and the wind wasn't even blowing at full force which was a surprise. Even though conditions were perfect the course still demands a lot from the golfer. Every hole is truly stunning and you need to have every shot in the bag in order to score well around here.
The 15th and the 12th holes are worth the trip... read more »
This course is easily on a par with Sunningdale, Woburn and Wentworth. I loved it.
From the fantastic welcome you get when you arrive, to the good food in the clubhouse, to the excellent practice facility, this place is a class act.
And as for the course - the 2nd hole wouldn't be out of place on Augusta, and the rest of the course is a gem. ... read more »
